Schönbrunn, Vienna.

This polar bear cub eventually stood up, and for a second or so balanced with all four feet on that railing. He seemed quite happy to pose for the crowd.

For some reason, I really wish that I could turn this into a poster to stick on my wall....

Hang about. If that's a cub on that fence, that can't be a very high fence. I'd be a bit worried if one of the big polar bears fancied a go at getting over it...

There was a much higher glass screen as well thankfully... I just took photos over the top of it... :D

And the next photo I show will let you judge the cub's size a little better... But saving that for another night.
